It is Brugge Upkot’s location that makes it the ideal studenthouse. Brugge Upkot is situated close to the train station and several universities and colleges, and despite the hustle and bustle, the cosy, leafy garden creates a warm atmosphere within the building
Brugge Upkot has cosy common rooms. The building also features a secure bicycle shed, a laundry room, a car park and sunny terraces where you can relax with your fellow students on sunny days. What’s more, Brugge Upkot also has a cosy, green garden.
No, Brugge Upkot doesn’t have a study room or study café, but you can study perfectly well with your fellow students in the chillrooms or in your own room.

Brugge Upkot is within walking distance of Bruges railway station. At the station, you’ll find several bus stops that will take you easily to your final destination.
The Upkot coach is responsible for the social activities organised in the building. Many public holidays are celebrated at Upkot, for example. Think of: a fun Christmas market, a visit from Sinterklaas, a welcome drink with all the students, etc. In addition, the coach also organises smaller, fun activities for the students throughout the year. Feel free to plan your own activities or organise something fun with your housemates.
